We went out for a little walk last night. Momma wanted to go for a run, and they haven't cut any corn near the house yet so we went out the National Forest and cut Momma loose. Penelope and I took about 3 mile out and back. The snakes must have gotten all the doves!

Lightweight G grade and snake skin as found.

Good Man. Teach them young'ns to hunt!

Reminds me of my little ones...Now all growed up and shoot'n up a storm...The middle boy is now on Bear Archery's National Pro Staff Team. They make us proud, and yours will too.

Double Gun Regards

Very nice. . .. but, how did you propose to protect the ears of your little one? It's important for adults, much more so for the little ones. Hate to be the turd in the punchbowl, thought it needed saying.

Now, now what kind of a father do you think I am ? As you may derive from my shorts, I was not planing on shooting too many doves that day. A stroll through the National Forest with the little one was more the intent, but why leave the Lefever at home?
As you can tell from this photo taken midway through a round of sporting clays, my little girl is no stranger to "ears"

Good for you. My two boys love our gun club and the youngest is my favorite trapper.

Start them young and enjoy them while you can. I spent many a day in the field carrying my son on my shoulders. He would hold on to my ears to keep his balance. He graduated from college year before last. Looking back I wish I had one of the backpacks that you are using

And the little boy. And yes, ear muffs when we're loaded.
