Looks like an early H grade, pre scroll work. Another "100,000 Miles" & she may need a new bolt. I've not had to do one yet but as the Lefever bolt is a separate piece from the top lever should not be a big job. My H grades go from a parts gun to one of the highest original condition Lefever's I own. That one is a 16 gauge, though at 6 3/4 lbs is not one of the lightweight ones even though it is built on the XX frame.
